    How far in advance can I make a reservation?

    We accept reservations up to one year in advance.

    Can I make a reservation on the day?

    A.

    Reservations can be made by phone or online. Please note that we may already be fully booked on the day, so please be sure to check the availability of rooms on the day in advance by phone or online.

    Can I pay in advance?

    Yes, you can. We accept advance payment in the following ways:

    Is a deposit required?

    If you pay by cash, we will require a deposit (advance payment) of 150% of the accommodation fee at check-in. If you pay by credit card, please present your credit card. Even if you pay by credit card in advance, we will require a cash deposit or present your credit card at check-in for any charges other than the accommodation fee.

    Children sharing a bed with their parents are not included in the number of guests staying. Children up to 12 years old will be charged the adult rate for children 13 years old and over.     Valet parking is a service where your car is kept at the entrance of your home and returned to you without you having to go to the parking lot.

    Can I borrow a Blu-ray disc player or a DVD player?

    We have Blu-ray disc players available for rental free of charge. As numbers are limited, please let us know when you make your reservation. They can also be used as DVD and CD players (for playback only).

    Can I use the fitness club?

    We have a private fitness club that is available only to fitness club members and guests staying at the hotel. Guests staying on the club floor and in suites can use the locker room (with bath and sauna) free of charge. Guests staying on rooms other than the club floor and suites will be charged an additional fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) if they wish to use the locker room (with bath and sauna). However, use of the gym and pool only is free of charge. (Please change clothes in your room before coming.)

    The fitness club is only available to those aged 18 and over.

    Please refrain from wearing thong type swimwear in the pool or jacuzzi.

    Please refrain from entering the facility if you have tattoos (including fashion tattoos).

    What if I suddenly become unwell during my stay?

    The hotel has a duty manager on duty 24 hours a day to respond to guests' emergencies, so please feel free to contact us. Depending on your symptoms and condition, we will guide you to a hospital near the hotel.

    When you apply, you will be asked to pay 100,000 yen as a deposit for the wedding ceremony, 50% of the latest estimated price one month before the wedding, and 100% of the latest estimated price one week before the wedding. Payment methods accepted are credit card, cash, and bank transfer.
