Kinsho Dandan noodles

The first impression is the dense sesame aroma that hits you the moment the dish is brought to your table. The deep brown soup is rich and mellow, made with an abundance of golden sesame seeds, which are rich in aroma and flavor. The main meat ingredient is not the usual minced meat, but a dynamically presented Japanese black beef rib roast. Enjoy it in exotically designed dishes reminiscent of continental culture, made by the famous Italian pottery maker Richard Ginori.

"Golden Sesame"
Golden sesame seeds are characterized by their rich aroma and deep flavor compared to other sesame seeds. By roasting them to a fragrant finish, the umami flavor in the oil is maximized, and when combined with white sesame oil, they are made into a thick paste.

"Domestic Japanese Black Beef Rib Loin"
The rib roast, with its beautiful marbled flesh that is a sign of high-quality domestic beef, is appealing not only for its red meat flavor but also for the elegant sweet aroma of the fat. Despite its heavy presence, the meat is so tender that it can be cut with chopsticks.

"Homemade Morning Heaven Chili Oil"
This secret chili oil is made mainly from Chaotian chili peppers, with a few other spices such as star anise and cinnamon. It takes three days to slowly transfer the aroma to the oil, and the sediment is deliberately used to bring out the richness of the flavor.

"Jasper Bamboo Shoot"
A plant of the lily family native to China. It retains a pleasant crunchiness even when heated, and its color and shape do not change easily even in hot soup. It has a subtle sweetness like that of green onions, making it a great supporting ingredient.
