ORIGAMI Strawberry Parfait
This parfait, made with an abundance of fresh, in-season strawberries and featuring a striking red and white contrast, is beautifully layered with berries, strawberry sauce, and fresh cream, creating a perfect balance of sweetness, sourness, and saltiness. The top is decorated with fresh strawberries and white strawberries on a flaky pie crust, creating a gorgeous effect.
