When using the banquet hall, please observe the "Banquet Hall Usage Terms and Conditions."

1) Usage time and fees

In principle, the banquet hall can be used from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

If you use the banquet hall for meals, your stay will be limited to two hours.
If the meeting exceeds two hours, an additional meeting room fee will be charged.

There is no charge for 30 minutes of mealtimes and preparation/clearance time before and after meetings, but if this time is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged according to the rate table according to the excess time. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests to exceed the usage time due to the following venue usage situation.

You will be required to pay the prescribed fee according to the banquet hall (meetings and banquets) usage fee table, based on the contracted duration of your banquet, etc., from the start to the end of your use.
2) Apply for a contract

When applying for a Banquet, etc. Contract with the Hotel, please provide the following particulars:
① Name and address of the organizer of the banquet, etc., and the name of the meeting
② Date and time of the banquet, etc.
③ Details and number of people for the banquet, etc.
④Other particulars required by the Hotel

When you apply, we will set a tentative reservation period of one week (7 days) as a general rule. Please let us know whether you plan to hold the event within this period. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you do not plan to hold the event.
3) Confirm the number of paying passengers

Please inform the hotel staff of the number of people for whom you will be providing meals, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "paying number of people") by 5:00 p.m. three days prior to the event. Since all arrangements have been completed after that date, even if the number of people attending on the day of the event is less than the paying number, you will still be charged for the paying number of people.

When making a reservation for a banquet, etc., a deposit is required within a set deadline.
The amount of the deposit will be provided by the hotel based on your usage.

As a general rule, please pay the estimated amount 10 days before use.

Regarding the remaining balance to be settled at a later date...
If there is any remaining balance on the day of the event, please make payment within 10 days.
5) Cancellation fee (the number of days will be calculated from the day after the cancellation date)

If you cancel within 30 days before the event date
... A cancellation fee of 40% of the estimated amount (excluding service charges) will be charged.

If you cancel between 29 days before and the day before the event
...The cancellation fee will be 45% of the estimated amount (excluding service charges).

...The full amount of the estimate (excluding service charges) will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In either case, we will charge you the actual cost of printed materials and other delivered items, as well as a cancellation fee for other outsourced items, etc.
6) Prohibited acts

Please refrain from engaging in any of the following activities.
① Using the product for purposes other than those specified in the reservation.
②Bringing in hazardous items such as combustible or flammable items
3) Bringing in anything that emits a foul odor
④ Gambling or other actions that disrupt public morals or cause inconvenience to other customers
⑤Bringing in dogs, cats, small birds, other pets, and livestock
⑥Moving fixtures
⑦ Any other acts prohibited by law
7) Arrangements for decorations, entertainment, etc.

The Hotel will use designated vendors to arrange for decorations, floral arrangements, sound, lighting, entertainment, gifts, companions, etc., for banquets, etc. If you wish to directly request services from vendors other than those designated by the Hotel, please contact the Hotel in advance and make arrangements only after receiving the Hotel's approval.
8) Arrangements with the requested vendor directly

When a vendor is directly commissioned by a customer with the consent of the Hotel, the Hotel will instruct them to follow certain rules regarding the delivery and removal of equipment and materials for decorations and entertainment related to a Banquet, etc., or the size and installation method of signs, etc., or the selection of installation locations, taking into account the aesthetic appearance and traffic flow of the hotel.
9) Compensation

You and all related parties from your side (including attendees and any contractors engaged by you) must take care not to damage the hotel facilities, fixtures, or equipment.
If any damage occurs to the facilities, fixtures, or equipment, the hotel will give you instructions regarding repairs, and you will be required to promptly repair the damages or pay compensation for the damages.
10) Cancellation of contract by the hotel

The Hotel may decline your application for a Banquet, etc. or cancel a Banquet, etc. contract even if one has already been concluded in the following cases.

If anyone seeking to use the banquet hall is a member of an organized crime group, an organization related to an organized crime group, or an affiliate of an organized crime group, or any other anti-social forces, the hotel will refuse use of the venue.
(If this fact becomes apparent after booking or during use, we may refuse use at that point.)

We will refuse use of our banquet halls if the person attempting to use them is a member of an organized crime group, or a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by members of an organized crime group, or if the person attempting to use our banquet halls is a corporation with an officer who is a member of an organized crime group.
(If this fact becomes apparent after booking or during use, we may refuse use at that point.)

If a person seeking to use the banquet hall makes an excessive demand on the banquet hall facility or facility staff, or if it is deemed that such person has engaged in similar behavior in the past at our hotel or another hotel, we may refuse such use.

When the banquet hall cannot be used due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

When there is a violation of the provisions of these banquet hall usage regulations.
11) Parking

The hotel's contracted parking lot is subject to a fee for use during conferences.
(There may be a charge even for banquet use. Please check with the staff for details.)
(As this is a multi-storey car park, we can only accommodate cars up to 1.6m in height, 1.7m in tire width and 5.05m in length.)
12) Bringing in and taking away food and drink

We do not allow food or drinks to be brought in or taken away.
