Seafood pilaf

The delicious aroma will whet your appetite and draw you in. The seafood and bouillon seasoning is exquisite, and once you start eating it, you won't be able to stop. Enjoy a happy moment as you scoop up lots with a spoon and stuff your cheeks with it.

TORIKO Original Bokkake

Bokkake is a sweet and spicy stew of beef tendon and konjac. The word "bokkake" is derived from "bukkake," and is a Kobe gourmet dish that was created as a dish that can be eaten quickly even when you're busy. It's very filling when served on rice!

Toasted Sandwich

Uses bread from Isuzu Bakery!
Isuzu Bakery has its main store in Sannomiya, Kobe. With the motto of "Making bread you never tire of every day," this bakery uses the scratch bakery method, kneading flour in-house. We have prepared a toast sandwich made with bread made with care by a baker who was the first in the bread category to be certified as a "Kobe Meister" by Kobe City, and topped with plenty of egg filling made with eggs from chickens produced in Hyogo and ham.

Simmered tofu

Made with tofu prepared using the famous waters of the foothills of Mt. Rokko!
This handmade fresh tofu is rich in flavor, created using the waters of Rokko. By adding heat, the flavor is further enhanced and the texture becomes gentler. Please enjoy this smooth boiled tofu.

Homemade pudding

Made with eggs from Hyogo and milk from the foot of Mt. Rokko!
This chef's special pudding is made with eggs that have a well-balanced natural sweetness and rich flavor, and raw milk from dairy farmers in the foothills of Mt. Rokko (Kita-ku, Kobe City). Enjoy this smooth and flavorful after-meal dessert.

French toast

Made with Isuzu Bakery baguettes, eggs Hyogo, and milk from the foot of Mt. Rokko!
This lightly sweet French toast is made with baguettes from the popular local Isuzu Bakery, eggs from Hyogo and milk from the foot of Mt. Rokko. Enjoy with honey or jam to taste.
