About accommodation

    How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

    A.

    Reservations can be made by phone up to one year in advance, while online reservations can usually be made up to 90 days in advance.

    Can I make a reservation on the day?

    A.

    Reservations can be made on the day.
    Even if there are no rooms available online for the day, you may be able to make a reservation by contacting the hotel directly.

    Can I specify the location or floor of the room?

    Please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee it depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

    Can I store my luggage before check-in?

    We will keep your belongings for a maximum of one month. Please note that we cannot keep valuables or easily damaged items.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

    As long as there are seats available, we also accept reservations on the day of your visit.

    Are there any menu items that I can't order without making a reservation?

    Reservations are required for party plans, birthday cakes and other special dishes.

    Can I rent the entire facility?

    Sorry, we do not offer private rentals.

    Do you have any special plans to celebrate your birthday?

    We don't have a set plan, but we are happy to discuss it with you on a case-by-case basis.

    Is there a children's menu?

    There is no children's menu available.
    If you are ordering the half buffet lunch and bring along children aged 3 to 5, a buffet corner meal fee of 500 yen will be charged per child.

    I would like to use the facility for a celebration. Can you provide flowers, cake, etc.?

    We can prepare it for you, so please let us know at least 3 days in advance.

    I have a food allergy, can you accommodate?

    When making a reservation, please fill out the necessary information on the designated allergy sheet and let us know.
    Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests from customers with severe food allergies.

    Are there private rooms?

    We have semi-private rooms available for up to 24 people.
    Lattice partitions will be used. (These are not completely private rooms.)

    Are there smoking and non-smoking seats?

    A.

    Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire restaurant, but there is a smoking room outside in the lobby on the same floor.

    Can I use cashless payment?

    Transportation IC cards (ICOCA, Suica, etc.) can be used. (*PiTaPa cannot be used.)

Banquets and meetings

    Is it okay to make a reservation at the last minute?

    A.

    If you are only using the venue for a meeting, etc., we accept reservations up to three days in advance. For meetings and banquets that include meals, please make reservations at least one week in advance, depending on the number of people.

    By when should I decide on the number of people and the arrangements? Can I change them?

    A.

    We will accept arrangements such as the food menu, number of people, and equipment about one week before the date of use.
    If you need to make any changes after that, please contact us as soon as possible. Final changes to the number of dishes can be made up to 5:00 PM three days prior to your reservation.

    Can I reserve the venue temporarily? Will there be a fee? Up to how many days before the event can I cancel?

    You can make a provisional reservation. There is no charge for this. You will be asked to respond within one week of making the reservation.

    Can I have a wedding?

    A.

    We do not have a wedding hall, dress room, beauty salon, or photo studio, but we can accommodate reception parties and other events.

  • Q.

    Can I order the same food as I would in a restaurant?

    A.

    The food served in the banquet hall is different from the food served in the restaurant. We have a special menu for banquets.

    Can I take food home?

    A.

    Unfortunately, we do not allow food to be taken away.

    Can you arrange souvenirs?

    Can I hold a farewell party, memorial service, or Buddhist memorial service?

    We can provide a wide range of services to both corporations and individuals, so please feel free to contact us.
    However, handling of open flames, including incense burning, is not permitted in the venue or lobby.

Parking

    Can I use the parking lot when I stay overnight?

    A.

    If you are staying overnight, you can use our affiliated parking lot for 1,500 yen per night (15:00-11:00)
    (Reservations are not possible, and entry and exit is not possible between 23:30 and 8:00)
    Depending on the vehicle type or if the parking lot is full, we may direct you to a general parking lot.

    Can I use the parking lot if I'm only using the restaurant or holding a banquet?

    A.

    Restaurant use

    Customers who spend 2,500 yen or more per person will receive a free one-hour parking ticket per vehicle.
    Customers who spend 5,000 yen or more per person will receive a free 2-hour parking ticket per vehicle.
    If you use the service for more than two hours, you will be responsible for the cost (300 yen per hour).

    There is only one affiliated parking lot, and there are height and size restrictions, so for details please check the "Parking Information" on the access page below.

    Banquet hall use

    If you attend a banquet with food and drink spending of 5,000 yen or more per person, you will receive a two-hour free ticket.
    If you use the service for more than two hours, you will be responsible for the cost (300 yen per hour).

    There is only one affiliated parking lot, and there are height and size restrictions, so please contact us for details.

    Are there any types of vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking lot?

    For cars over 1.6m in height, 1.85m in width (tire width 1.7m) and 5.05m in length, we will direct you to other public parking lots (charges apply and reservations not accepted).
    Minibuses and large buses are not permitted.

    When customers enter personal information on the Tokyu Hotels website, we strive to protect that information by using industry-standard encryption technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

    Do we use cookies?

    A.

    Some pages of TOKYU HOTELS website use a technology called "Cookies." Cookies are a function that temporarily stores data on your computer and are used for the purpose of providing better services in the reservation system and the like, and do not infringe on customer privacy.
    You can disable the cookie function by changing your browser settings, but in that case you may not be able to use some services.

    Can I request disclosure of my personal information? Who should I contact?

    When requesting disclosure, etc., please enclose the necessary documents for identity verification and the disclosure fee along with the designated application form and send it by registered mail to the address below. Please note that we cannot accept requests made in person at our company.
