    How do I make a reservation?

    A.

    Reservations can be made by phone or online.
    Please note that we may already be fully booked on the day, so please be sure to check the availability on the day in advance by phone or online.

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    In the event of cancellation (after 3pm the day before, on the day of, or no-show, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged).
    However, this varies depending on the reservation details (number of rooms, number of people, etc.), so please contact us separately.

    How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    If there are vacant rooms, you can make a reservation on the day.

    What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

    Yes. You can take your time to tour the chapel, ceremony hall, and building even on weekdays.

    We offer a 30% discount on accommodation fees for our guests (50% discount depending on the season).

    Reservations can be made through our website or by phone. As long as there are seats available, we also accept reservations by phone on the day. Please feel free to contact us.

    I will be driving to the hotel. Is there a discount on the parking lot?

    Restaurant customers can enjoy a 3-hour free parking discount. Please present the ticket issued when you enter the parking lot when paying. (Parking fee: 250 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter)

    Are there any restaurants with private rooms?

    A.

    There are three stores: "Kazahana, Restaurant", Chinese Restaurant Star Hill, and Kyoto restaurant "Tankuma".

    We have child chairs available. Please ask a member of staff if you require one.
    Additionally, Kazahana, Restaurant and Chinese Restaurant Star Hill can provide baby cribs (we recommend using a private room).

    This service is available in all restaurants. Please let us know when making your reservation.

    Are there any restaurants where I can smoke?

    Basically, all seats are non-smoking, so please use the smoking area on the lobby floor.

    Extremely light clothing, guest room slippers, or nightwear are not permitted.
