How to use the underground parking lot (number authentication)

Please press the button on the parking ticket issuing machine at the car park entrance to receive your parking ticket, and enter the car park once the entrance gate opens.

This will be required for authentication at hotel facilities.
Parking fees and parking services are as follows:
【Parking Fee】
￥400 per 30 minutes
[Restaurant guests]
(1F Montmartre, Grindelwald 2F Loire, Nadaman, Nangoku Shuka)
・Over ￥2,000: 2 hours of service
・Over ￥3,000: 3 hours of service
・Over ￥4,000: 4 hours of service
[Guests using banquet facilities]
・6 hours of service for guests attending weddings
・For banquets, 4 hours of service
[Hotel guests]
・1,200 yen per night per vehicle (additional charges will be applied for consecutive nights)
・Available until 15:00 on the check-out date.

When you leave, please use the pre-payment machines (located at the elevator hall entrance/exit on basement floors 1 and 2).
Larger denomination bills (5,000 yen and 10,000 yen bills) can only be used at the pre-payment machines on the 1st and 2nd basement floors.
(Please note that it cannot be used at the exit fare adjustment machine.)

If you use the "pre-payment machine" in advance, the exit gate will open after automatic recognition of your vehicle number, allowing you to leave the parking lot smoothly.

Our hotel's underground parking lot is equipped with a vehicle number recognition device. However, even if you have used the pre-payment machine in advance, depending on the vehicle, the vehicle number may not be recognized and the exit gate may not open.
In this case, please insert your paid parking ticket into the exit payment machine and the gate will open, allowing you to leave the parking lot.

You will be allowed to park for 20 minutes from the time you paid.
For customers coming by motorcycle
Hotel staff will provide you with instructions on how to use the parking lot, so please contact the hotel doorman or hotel security guard at the main entrance before entering the parking lot.
