We have provided alcohol-based hand sanitizer and other hand disinfectants for customers.

Disposable vinyl gloves are available.

The use of masks, alcohol disinfectant, and vinyl gloves will be at the discretion of each customer.
Hotels taking preventive measures against infection
Thorough ventilation within the building
Provide adequate ventilation on a regular basis, such as when cleaning.
Regarding ventilation within the building, we regularly replace the air in guest rooms, restaurants, fitness club, and other areas that have windows that let in outside air.
We have installed hypochlorous acid spatial sterilization and deodorization machines (Panasonic's Ziaino) in the lobby, restaurants, banquet halls, etc., and carbon dioxide concentration measuring devices in each restaurant.

During cleaning, we always ventilate the rooms to ensure fresh air is exchanged. You can also open the windows yourself. (There are some rooms that cannot be opened or closed.)

The pool skylight, the door at the pool entrance, the terrace door, etc. are open.

We open both sides of the windows facing the waterfall (with screens installed) to let in outside air regularly.

Infection prevention measures for our employees
Health checks before coming to work and other initiatives

Employees are required to thoroughly disinfect their hands when entering and exiting work, and are encouraged to wash their hands and gargle frequently while at work.

Employees are required to take their temperature before coming to work, and anyone with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher or who is feeling unwell must stay home.
