Clink, clink... the sound of ice echoes every time a customer brings a glass to their mouth.

As bartenders, we can tell from the sound of the ice how much liquor is left in the glass and what the customer is thinking.
Let us tell you a little about our commitment to ice.

The ice used in the bar is called pure ice, which is made by slowly freezing water that has had all impurities removed for over 48 hours, making it transparent and slow to melt.
Although pure ice may look the same, the taste will vary slightly depending on the water quality.
The ice used at FONTANA DI TREVI is our favorite, the highest quality ice, which our bartenders discovered after visiting actual factories.

To improve concentration at work and to cultivate a love of alcohol...it's part of the daily training that I continue from a young age.
For cocktails, the amount of ice is adjusted depending on the type and glass, but we'll talk about that in more detail later...
