"Spirits" continues to be loved around the world

"Spirits" are said to have been popularized by medieval alchemists.
Although it goes by many different names, it continues to be loved by people all over the world.

At "FONTANA DI TREVI," we offer about 40 types of carefully selected spirits, served with the skill of our bartenders to provide customers with a moment of happiness.
Let us introduce some of the spirits that we bartenders are particular about.

GIN

Gin is made from barley, rye and potatoes flavoured with juniper berries.
FONTANA DI TREVI offers 13 types of gin, each with its own unique character, which creates a variety of different flavors when made into cocktails.
The gimlet was first made by Sir Sir Gimlet, a 19th century Royal Navy surgeon, who, concerned about the health of his crew, mixed gin with lime and gave it to them.
At FONTANA DI TREVI, in addition to gimlets based on BEEFEATER gin, which has an alcohol content of 47 degrees, we also offer a traditional, carefully crafted gimlet based on PLYMOUTH, a gin used by the British Navy.

Bartender's recommended GIN

Let me introduce you to some of my recommended GIN.

STEINHÄGER

STEINHÄGER is a gin with a mild flavor produced in the village of Steinberger in the Weltfalen region of western Germany. We recommend drinking it straight, ice-chilled in the freezer.
We also recommend enjoying it with a lime wedge.

KINGSBURY VICTORIAN VAT GIN DISTILLERS CASK GLENLIVET
(Glenlivet Cask Gin)

The second bottle is KINGSBURY VICTORIAN VAT GIN DISTILLERS CASK GLENLIVET.
This English-made gin is aged in malt barrels at Glenlivet, a famous Scottish distillery, resulting in a rich, spicy, and special gin that can be enjoyed straight or in a cocktail.

At "FONTANA DI TREVI" we offer so many spirits that it is impossible to introduce them all at once.
