The bar spoon is part of the bartender's arm

Shakers, measuring cups, mixing glasses, strainers, and bar spoons used for making cocktails.
These are the five sacred tools of a bartender, essential for us bartenders to serve the best cocktails.

Among these, the bar spoon is an important item that is used for a wide range of purposes, such as measuring ingredients, squeezing juice, and mixing ingredients, and is like a part of our arm.

"It starts with a steer and ends with a steer"

The bar spoons used by FONTANA DI TREVI are those with a longer, thinner spiral than usual that were found at a specialty store in Tokyo.
This "bar spoon" has a heavy top and it may take some time to get used to it in the hand, but using it for stirring (gently stirring) results in a great, smooth cocktail.
At FONTANA DI TREVI, rather than focusing on the flashy art of shaking the shaker, we place importance on the basic principle of "starting with a stir and ending with a stir," and we work hard every day to master and hone the art of stirring.

Special cocktails using "Bar Spoon"

Let us introduce you to one special cocktail that uses the Bar Spoon.
The Martini is known as the king of cocktails.
Add your favorite ice to a mixing glass, pour in the gin and vermouth, and you're ready to go.
The "bar spoon" - which has a longer and thinner spiral than usual - is not only held between the middle and ring fingers and turned, but also with the thumb and index finger providing support.
This results in a FONTANA DI TREVI Martini that is smooth, flavorful and delicious.

At "FONTANA DI TREVI", we offer a variety of cocktails made using our carefully selected "bar spoons".
Please take a seat at the bar and enjoy what we have to offer.
