Bartenders continue to focus on "efficiency"

This column introduces the various interests of the bartenders at "FONTANA DI TREVI", but this time we'll change the perspective a little and talk about the mindset we have when serving drinks.

We believe that our customers come to our bar looking forward to enjoying their favorite drink, but how can we respond to their requests as quickly as possible without making them wait? How can we serve delicious drinks quickly and without compromising, even to large groups of customers? In order to achieve this, we continue to focus on nothing less than "efficiency."

To achieve this "efficiency," coordinated movements between the main bartender and assistant bartender behind the counter are essential.
We receive a variety of requests from customers, including beer, cocktails, and whiskey, and our store boasts an extensive selection of alcoholic beverages.
The moment the assistant bartender receives a request from a customer, he begins arranging the necessary bottles on the counter one by one, and the main bartender prepares the five sacred tools of a bartender, such as shakers and strainers, and begins arranging the glasses.

Once everything is ready, the main bartender will demonstrate his final "skill" by serving the customer a delicious drink.

The bar counter is the best seat to enjoy this view.
In particular, if you and your companion order separate cocktails, you will be able to enjoy our meticulous "efficiency" even more.
