Cocktails are the bar's signature menu item

It is said that there are hundreds, if not thousands, of different cocktails served in bars around the world.
The reason there are so many cocktails is because there are so many base spirits and liqueurs used in cocktails, and because even a slight change in the recipe can result in a cocktail with a completely different taste.
Many bars offer original cocktails that are not included in cocktail books as their signature drink.

At FONTANA DI TREVI, original cocktails are one of the signature menu items.
All of our bartenders continue to pour all of their skills and sensibilities into creating original cocktails.
Despite making many mistakes, he creates an original cocktail while imagining the smile on the customer's face as they bring the glass to their mouth.

Some of our cocktails have won awards at cocktail competitions, and because we want our customers to enjoy each season, we offer about five original seasonal cocktails four times a year.
Cocktails made with seasonal fruits may change from month to month.
