"Cocktail Competition"

Have you heard of the cocktail competition?
It is a contest themed around original cocktails that aims to hone the skills and sensibilities of bartenders from many bars.

 

There are two industry associations in Japan: the Japan Hotel Barmen's Association (HBA) and the Japan Bartenders Association (NBA), and FONTANA DI TREVI's bartenders participate in numerous competitions, including the HBA cocktail competition.
There have been four winners at the HBA Tokai Regional Tournament, and the team has also won the national tournament in the past.
Of course, the winning original cocktails will be served at FONTANA DI TREVI.

The cocktail competition is judged on a wide range of criteria, including the bartender's skills, cocktail naming and decoration, as well as attitude and manners.
In order to hone these sensibilities, all bartenders at FONTANA DI TREVI study classical music, jazz, painting and other arts, as well as tea ceremony and flower arranging from time to time.
