Autumn is a time of harvest and appetite! Enjoy gourmet food made with "Osaka-produced and Kansai ingredients x Italy"!

In keeping with autumn's season of harvest and appetite, we use ingredients from Osaka and Kansai.
We offer four original pasta dishes inspired by the green, white and red of the Italian flag.
Enjoy the combination of sauce and Awaji Noodles' fresh noodles.


 
What is "Osaka-mon"?

Osaka products are agricultural, livestock, forestry, and fishery products grown and produced in the Osaka region, as well as processed foods that use them as raw materials. At this fair, we will use "Naniwa black beef" and "Yoyoyo mushrooms" as ingredients.

Enjoy the marriage of the rich, buttery flavor and mellow sweetness of cheese with porcini cream pasta.


Fried shrimp with salty bottarga and tomato pasta with mushrooms

The fried shrimp and deep-fried yorishii mushrooms, grown in Nishinari-ku, the heart of Osaka, where they grew up listening to Mozart, add a savory flavor, and bottarga, a type of mullet roe with a mild, creamy flavor and sticky texture, is added as an accent. Enjoy this luxurious pasta dish, where the bounty of the land and sea are condensed into one dish.
