Starting salary
4-year graduate

221,000 yen (basic salary 206,000 yen + life plan additional salary 15,000 yen)

3-year graduate

216,000 yen (basic salary 201,000 yen + life plan additional salary 15,000 yen)

2-year graduate

211,000 yen (basic salary 196,000 yen + life plan additional salary 15,000 yen)

Working hours

Average daily working hours: 7.8 hours per shift
(Annual flexible working hours system with shift rotation)
If you work more than 6 hours, you will have a 1 hour break

Holidays, vacations

112 days off per year (including 8 additional days off)
Annual paid leave: 10 days granted in the first year
