As there is no costume salon within the hotel, we are unable to accommodate your visit on the day. However, we will introduce you to an affiliated store if you wish.

There are no specific dress codes, so please come in casual attire.

How long does it take to inspect and consult?

We can accommodate from 30 minutes. If you would like to sample the food, we can accommodate about 3 hours. If you are just looking for a consultation, we can accommodate about 2 hours.

How far in advance can I make reservations for a wedding?

A

We accept reservations up to one year in advance.

Do you have plans for photo weddings?

A

We have plans that allow you to take photos at a variety of photo spots. After the shoot, you can dine at one of three restaurants: Japanese restaurant "Suiren," all-day dining restaurant "ORIGAMI," or Chinese restaurant "Star Hill."

Can I have my wedding within three months?

About the meeting

Q

How many meetings will there be for the wedding ceremony and reception?

A

It usually takes about 4 to 5 meetings before we can meet on the day. If you live far away or overseas, we can also meet online.

Can we hold meetings remotely?

A

We will use web meeting services such as Zoom.

Q

I live overseas. Can I still get advice about my wedding?

A

Yes, that is possible. We can handle consultations and meetings using web meeting services such as Zoom.

How will I pay for the wedding?

A

When you apply, you will be asked to pay 100,000 yen as a deposit for the wedding ceremony, 50% of the latest estimated price one month before the wedding, and 100% of the latest estimated price one week before the wedding. Payment methods accepted are credit card, cash, and bank transfer.

When does the meeting start?

A

We will start about 4 months before the wedding. After that, we will meet about once a month.

I would like to wear traditional Japanese clothing for my wedding ceremony, but I am unsure whether to wear a wig. Can I discuss this?

About the wedding ceremony and reception

Yes, it is possible. We will guide you according to your request.

We would like to introduce you to Le Ange Church in Minami-Aoyama.

How many people can attend the reception?

A

We accept reservations for groups of 6 or more when using this plan. We will also make suggestions based on your requests.

Can we hold a small wedding ceremony and reception (dinner party) with just family members?

A

Yes, that is possible. We accept wedding ceremonies for 2 people or more, and receptions and dinner parties for 6 people or more.

How long is the ceremony and reception?

A

The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes, and the reception will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

How long does it take for the bride and groom to get ready?

A

It takes about 1 hour for the groom to get ready in Japanese attire and about 2 hours for the bride. It takes about 1 hour for the groom to get ready in Western attire and about 1.5 hours for the bride.

How long before the wedding does the bride and groom start getting ready?

Please start getting ready in the bridal room approximately 3 hours before the ceremony.

Can I send my wedding package in advance?

You can leave your luggage one week before the wedding.

Can I have a wedding if I'm pregnant?

Yes, it is possible. There are no specific rules, but we recommend that you do so up until around the seventh month. Even if you are pregnant, we will make arrangements to suit you both so that there is no burden on you, so please rest assured.

We provide a suite room as a waiting room (bridal room).

About the costume

I want to be particular about my costumes, how many stores do you work with?

A

We are affiliated with four stores. We provide information on "TAKAMI BRIDAL" in Minamiaoyama, "Salon Macherie" in Nihonbashi Takashimaya, "Hatsuko Endo Weddings" in Ginza, and "MAISON de FOURSIS" in Omotesando.

When can I see the costumes?

A

This is possible after you have completed the application process. Please let the planner know the date you would like to visit.

Can I bring in costumes?

A

Yes, it is possible. We will charge 40,000 yen for the bride's outfit and 20,000 yen for the groom's outfit.

About the food

Q

Is it possible to use ingredients from your hometown in your cooking?

A

We will ask you about your requests and make suggestions. You can also discuss directly with the head chef, so please feel free to contact us.

I'd like to choose a particular wine. Is that possible?

A

We will ask you about your preferences and make suggestions. You can also have a meeting with a sommelier. *If you bring your own wine, a corkage fee will be charged separately. Please contact us for pricing.

We will accept your luggage from one week before the wedding. Please write the names of the guests and the families of the guests attending on the luggage and send it to the "Banquet Salon" on the second floor of the hotel by the day before your reservation.
