Can I sample the food?

We hold wedding fairs with tastings, so please feel free to contact us.

Can we also visit Hie Shrine?

If you let us know at the time of booking, we will make the reservation for you via our hotel.

Can I see the costumes during the tour?

As there is no costume salon within the hotel, we are unable to accommodate your visit on the day. However, we will introduce you to an affiliated store if you wish.

Are there any rules regarding attire when attending a wedding fair?

There are no specific dress codes, so please come in casual attire.

How long does it take to inspect and consult?

We can accommodate from 30 minutes. If you would like to sample the food, we can accommodate about 3 hours. If you are just looking for a consultation, we can accommodate about 2 hours.

Can I just get a pamphlet?

Yes, that is possible. Please apply by clicking on the information request page on our website.

How far in advance can I make reservations for a wedding?

We accept reservations up to one year in advance.

Do you have plans for photo weddings?

We have plans that allow you to take photos at a variety of photo spots. After the shoot, you can dine at one of three restaurants: Japanese restaurant "Suiren," all-day dining restaurant "ORIGAMI," or Chinese restaurant "Star Hill."

Can I have my wedding within three months?

Yes, that is possible. We have special plans available, so please feel free to contact us.

Do you have plans for engagement ceremonies and wedding meetings?

How many meetings will there be for the wedding ceremony and reception?

It usually takes about 4 to 5 meetings before we can meet on the day. If you live far away or overseas, we can also meet online.

Can we hold meetings remotely?

We will use web meeting services such as Zoom.

I live overseas. Can I still get advice about my wedding?

Yes, that is possible. We can handle consultations and meetings using web meeting services such as Zoom.

How will I pay for the wedding?

When you apply, you will be asked to pay 100,000 yen as a deposit for the wedding ceremony, 50% of the latest estimated price one month before the wedding, and 100% of the latest estimated price one week before the wedding. Payment methods accepted are credit card, cash, and bank transfer.

When does the meeting start?

We will start about 4 months before the wedding. After that, we will meet about once a month.

I would like to wear traditional Japanese clothing for my wedding ceremony, but I am unsure whether to wear a wig. Can I discuss this?

It is also possible to try on the items during your consultation, so please feel free to ask.

Is it possible to use the facility for just the wedding ceremony or just the reception?

Yes, it is possible. We will guide you according to your request.

Can I have a church ceremony?

We would like to introduce you to Le Ange Church in Minami-Aoyama.

How many people can attend the reception?

We accept reservations for groups of 6 or more when using this plan. We will also make suggestions based on your requests.

Can we hold a small wedding ceremony and reception (dinner party) with just family members?

Yes, that is possible. We accept wedding ceremonies for 2 people or more, and receptions and dinner parties for 6 people or more.

How long is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes, and the reception will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

How long does it take for the bride and groom to get ready?

It takes about 1 hour for the groom to get ready in Japanese attire and about 2 hours for the bride. It takes about 1 hour for the groom to get ready in Western attire and about 1.5 hours for the bride.

How long before the wedding does the bride and groom start getting ready?

Please start getting ready in the bridal room approximately 3 hours before the ceremony.

Can I send my wedding package in advance?

You can leave your luggage one week before the wedding.

Can I have a wedding if I'm pregnant?

Yes, it is possible. There are no specific rules, but we recommend that you do so up until around the seventh month. Even if you are pregnant, we will make arrangements to suit you both so that there is no burden on you, so please rest assured.

Is there a waiting room for the bride and groom?

We provide a suite room as a waiting room (bridal room).

Can I use products from Pastry boutique Origami as wedding gifts?

Yes, that is possible. Please feel free to contact us.

I want to be particular about my costumes, how many stores do you work with?

We are affiliated with four stores. We provide information on "TAKAMI BRIDAL" in Minamiaoyama, "Salon Macherie" in Nihonbashi Takashimaya, "Hatsuko Endo Weddings" in Ginza, and "MAISON de FOURSIS" in Omotesando.

When can I see the costumes?

This is possible after you have completed the application process. Please let the planner know the date you would like to visit.

Can I bring in costumes?

Yes, it is possible. We will charge 40,000 yen for the bride's outfit and 20,000 yen for the groom's outfit.

Is it possible to use ingredients from your hometown in your cooking?

We will ask you about your requests and make suggestions. You can also discuss directly with the head chef, so please feel free to contact us.

I'd like to choose a particular wine. Is that possible?

We will ask you about your preferences and make suggestions. You can also have a meeting with a sommelier. *If you bring your own wine, a corkage fee will be charged separately. Please contact us for pricing.

Can you provide menus to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We will do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions so that everyone can enjoy their meals, so please feel free to contact us.

Do you offer Japanese course meals?

We do not offer a course menu that consists only of Japanese cuisine, but we do offer a Japanese-Western fusion course menu called "Kanade."

There is one universal toilet on each of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

As you leave the main entrance on the 3rd floor, you will see the Onnazaka slope leading to Hie Shrine on your left. We can also provide a hire car on the day, so please feel free to ask.

Is the hotel entrance barrier-free?

The hallways, elevators and other facilities within the building are barrier-free.

Do you have a crib?

Hair styling, makeup and dressing takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Is it possible to send items necessary for beauty dressing?

We will accept your luggage from one week before the wedding. Please write the names of the guests and the families of the guests attending on the luggage and send it to the "Banquet Salon" on the second floor of the hotel by the day before your reservation. Parking is available on the third basement floor. Guests may park for up to four hours free of charge, and relatives may park for up to six hours free of charge.

The hotel is directly connected to Kokkai-gijidomae Station on the Chiyoda Line and Marunouchi Line, and Tameike-sanno Station on the Ginza Line and Namboku Line on the second basement floor.
