Salmon Saikyo-yaki

It is marinated in our homemade white miso and grilled until fragrant. Please enjoy the rich flavor of the condensed rice malt.

Rolled egg with dashi and large grain natto

We use local eggs from Shizuoka, "Fuku ga Kita," baked in a broth that is full of flavor. We also recommend the large-grain "Kuma Natto" from Hokkaido.

Soy milk beef hotpot

A beef hotpot made with a generous amount of Wagyu beef shoulder loin, tofu and kelp stock. A satisfying dish with the condensed flavors of beef and kelp stock.
