Overtime charges are as follows:

Extension until 15:00: 30% of the room rate will be charged.
Extension until 18:00: 50% of the room rate will be charged.
Extension after 18:00: 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Guests staying at the hotel can use the parking lot for 4,000 yen (tax included) per night (24 hours).
Please present the ticket issued when you enter the parking lot at the front desk. After 24 hours, a usage fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged per 30 minutes.
(General rates: 6am - midnight 500 yen (tax included) per 30 minutes, midnight - 6am 200 yen (tax included) per 30 minutes)

We do not have rooms with three beds. We will put an extra bed in a twin room.

Birthday cake, champagne, wine, and other items can be delivered to your room at your preferred time (fees apply).
You can also have your name or message in alphabet or Japanese characters engraved on the cake.
The cakes are available in three sizes: 12cm diameter = 3,200 yen, 15cm diameter = 4,300 yen, and 18cm diameter = 5,600 yen.
There are two types of cake available: gateau fruit (berry type) and chocolate cake.
Please make your reservation at least 3 days before your stay.
*The displayed price is the total price including 15% service charge and 10% consumption tax.

For parties exceeding the above numbers, we recommend using the banquet hall.

Restaurant customers will receive a two-hour discount when spending 3,000 yen or more (tax included).
Please present the ticket issued when you parked when paying.
After two hours, a usage fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged per 30 minutes.

We will provide a 3-hour service voucher to guests attending the banquet.
Please present the ticket issued when you park at the cloakroom closest to the banquet hall.
