"A hotel that is kind to the earth, the city and people"
We have defined three sustainability goals (visions we aspire to) and six key sustainability themes (themes that we will focus on among social issues), and will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through our hotel business, with a deep awareness of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
An eco-friendly hotel
Striving to be a hotel with a minimal burden on the global environment, we contribute to the realization of a decarbonized, circular society through green coin activities, hotel operation using hydrogen energy, and the reduction and recycling of food waste.
A hotel that is friendly to the town
Striving to be a beloved hotel with roots in the community, we contribute to the development of the local area by actively participating in local festivals and events, accommodating those unable to return home in the event of a disaster, and resuming operations as soon as possible.
A friendly hotel
Aiming to provide "comfortable hospitality," we are enhancing our facilities with universal rooms and vegan menus, while also promoting the development of our people, who are the hotel's greatest asset, through creating a comfortable workplace and human resource development.

Green Coin Scheme (involving TOKYU HOTELS)
If you do not use the eligible amenities during your stay, please bring the provided green coins to the front desk to be used as funds for environmental conservation activities. Funds equivalent to the number of coins collected over the year will be donated to the "Kodomonomori" project and Tanbayama Village "Afforestation Activities" through the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation OISCA.
Earth Friendly Stay
Earth Friendly Stay. We ask guests staying multiple nights to cooperate with the "Earth Friendly Stay" initiative. Your room will be cleaned and linen changed every three days during your stay. By minimizing linen changes, we aim to reduce the resources used for cleaning.
Paper carton natural water "Haverlys"
We have eliminated the use of plastic bottled water and have adopted "Haverlys," a bottle made from 100% recyclable paper with a cap made from sugarcane, in all guest rooms, executive lounges, and fitness clubs. Used paper cartons are collected and turned into toilet paper for use in guest rooms.
Pump-type toiletries
In fall 2023, we will be discontinuing some of our traditional mini bottles and replacing them with L'Occitane pump-type bath amenity products made from recycled plastic.
Cloth Laundry Bag
We have eliminated the use of plastic laundry bags and replaced them with reusable cloth bags.
Orangette
This product reuses the orange peels that are generated when squeezing fresh orange juice. We have been working on this since around 2008.
Nespresso joins recycling network
All rooms are equipped with Nespresso coffee makers, allowing you to enjoy authentic coffee. We participate in Nespresso's aluminum capsule recycling campaign, and used capsules are reused repeatedly.
Making events sustainable
"CO2 Zero MICE®" plan
This is a service that allows you to replace the electricity used at events and conferences venues with renewable energy.
