We will accept tentative reservations for the venue based on the details of your banquet. (Tentative reservations will last for one week.)

We recommend that you come to see the venue beforehand so that you can get an idea of how you will use the venue on the day.
While you are looking around the venue, our staff will give you various suggestions.

Once you have confirmed the basic details such as the quotation details and reservation date and time, your reservation will be officially made.

Please discuss with the person in charge the details of the banquet, such as food, drinks, setup, and presentation.

We will confirm the details of each meeting.

Please transfer the estimated amount at that time at least one week before the event. We also accept payment by cash or credit card.

We will confirm the number of people, arrangements, layout, schedule, etc. The deadline is noon two days before the event, and we cannot accept any reductions in the number of people after that. Thank you for your understanding. (If the deadline falls on a weekend, public holiday, or the New Year holidays, the deadline will be brought forward.)

Please check your bill on the day and we will make any additional payments or refunds (by bank transfer at a later date).
