"Célébration Champagne" is a series where one champagne house is selected each time and you can enjoy its charms along with a pairing dinner. You can spend a moment deepening your knowledge of champagne while experiencing the recommended pairings.

This time, we will explore the appeal of Veuve Clicquot, a luxury champagne brand loved around the world.

With the motto "There is only one quality, only the finest," Madame Clicquot took over the Maison from her predecessor at a young age and became one of the pioneering female entrepreneurs. In an era when it was difficult for women to succeed in the business world, she was passionate about creativity and technological innovation, and built a champagne brand that captivated champagne lovers around the world, including the British Royal Family. In recognition of this achievement, Madame Clicquot is known as "La Grande Dame" (the Great Woman) in champagne.

<Champagne House Veuve Clicquot>

Since its founding in Reims, France in 1772, Veuve Clicquot has been bringing bold color to people's lives. As a luxury brand that goes beyond the category of champagne, it is a brand that shines like Solare. Through its iconic yellow color, it offers people beautiful lifestyles and experiences full of dreams, hope and joy.

Brand

Yellow Label Brut
(Free Flow)

Yellow Label is the signature champagne of the Maison Veuve Clicquot, combining a balance of all four elements that define champagne: freshness, power, aromatic richness, and silky smoothness.
An exquisite blend of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir, it offers rich aromas of white and yellow fruits, delicate citrus notes, rich pastry aromas and subtle hints of dried fruit.

Rose Label
(1 glass)

In 1818, Madame Clicquot created the first blended rosé champagne. Its vibrant and powerful fruit aromas make it a favorite among wine lovers today. Fresh, round, powerful, deep and pink-gold rose color is enhanced by its exquisite bubbles. The aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberries, wild strawberries, cherries, blackberries) are first felt, which then evolve into notes of dried fruits and sweets such as almonds, apricots and brioche. On the palate, the freshness spreads and transforms into a fruity harmony.

White Label Demi Sec (1 glass)

Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec is a tribute to 19th century consumers' preference for sweet Champagne, and its roundness and aromatic richness make it suitable for a wide range of tastes today. With additional storage (2, 3 or more years under appropriate conditions), Demi-Sec will develop even more notes of praline and baked bread, making it the perfect companion to caramel and praline desserts such as Paris-Brest, Tarte Tatin and Poire aux Caramels.

La Grande Dame 2015
(1 glass)

"La Grande Dame 2015 is a wine full of tension and elegance born from a sunny vintage. Pinot Noir harvested in the Grand Cru vineyards that tell the story of Veuve Clicquot's history gives this premium wine a sense of verticality." (Veuve Clicquot Cellar Master Didier Mariotti)
This sunny vintage is elegant and well-defined, with fresh minerality and light floral notes of Jasmine and acacia, which develop into fruity notes of pear and mandarin orange. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a wonderfully delicate and silky texture.
