We have a variety of spacious and calm venues available, large, medium and small, perfect for memorial services.

Venue fee: 650 yen per person x number of people

Basic number of people per venue

Small banquet hall: (Wakamiya, Kifune, Thanks); 10 to 28 people

Medium banquet hall: (Gion/Kurama); 29 to 60 people

Large Banquet Hall: (Elegance, Dance, Tone) 1/3 span
(Mai Mai/Mai Cho) 2/3 span
(Aoi) All spans; 60 to 90 people
91 to 200 people
201-320 people

In addition, you can upgrade to a banquet hall for an additional 20,000 yen (tax and service charges included, including two microphones) on top of the venue fee.

We also accept Buddhist memorial services at the Buddhist hall (Hiun). (Jodo Shinshu)

We accept orders for cuisine such as Kyoto Kaiseki and Shokado Enko, as well as memorial meals for the deceased.

Kyoto Kaiseki: Ran: Appetizer, sashimi, boiled dish, grilled dish, simmered dish, vinegared dish, steamed dish, soup, rice, pickles, and dessert; 15,000 yen per person

Kyoto Kaiseki: Lotus: Appetizer, sashimi, boiled dish, grilled dish, simmered dish, vinegared dish, steamed dish, soup, rice, pickles, and dessert; 10,000 yen per person

Kyoto Kaiseki: Lily: Appetizer, sashimi, grilled dishes, stewed dishes, steamed dishes, soup, rice, pickles, and dessert; 8,000 yen per person

Shokado Entaka and Okina: Appetizer, rimmed dish, soup, and water dish; 6,300 yen per person

We also offer Western cuisine such as French kaiseki.: From 7,000 yen per person

Other memorial service plan details

photograph: We will assist you with taking photos and snapshots.

Flower arrangement: We offer soothing flowers for the memorial of the deceased. We can arrange flowers for tributes, altars, and photos upon request.

From invitations to thank-you gifts

We also accept orders for various printed materials such as invitations, seating charts, banknotes, etc. Please note that it will take approximately 10 days to create the invitations.
We also accept calligraphy of invitations.
We have a wide range of gifts to suit your budget.
We can arrange for a shuttle car to take you from the temple where the memorial service is being held to the hotel.

Date

Buddhist ceremony (memorial service): Memorial services are held on the 7th, 35th, 49th, 100th day, and the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 13th, 17th, 23rd, 27th, 33rd, 50th, and 100th anniversaries.

Shinto ceremony (ritual): After the first memorial service, the 10th, 30th, and 50th day memorial services follow, the day after the 50th day memorial service is the end of mourning, and the 100th and 1st year memorial services end with the 3rd, 5th, 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th, and 100th anniversary memorial services.

christian style: Protestants hold memorial ceremonies on the seventh day, one month, one year, three years, and five years, while Catholics hold memorial masses on the third, seventh, thirtieth, and one year.
