You can enjoy "Strawberry Millefeuille" as the final dish of the course.
Strawberry sorbet and vanilla ice cream are layered on top of a fragrant, crispy pie crust, and topped with a rich anglaise sauce and gorgeous raspberry sauce. The cream is rich, yet smooth and light on the palate. It is accented with a rich melange flavor, and finished with caramel sauce and powdered sugar for a visually gorgeous finish. Please enjoy the exquisite harmony of sweetness and sourness.
