Registration Procedures

Those who wish to join the Club (or the named person in the case of a corporate member) must submit the Club's designated application form, go through procedures such as an interview, undergo a health check at a medical institution designated by the Club, and submit a health certificate certified by a doctor.

The Hotel will screen applicants to determine whether they meet the membership eligibility requirements and will notify the applicant of the results of the screening.
(Hotels may accept or reject an application for membership, taking into consideration the status of their facilities and other factors, and are not required to provide reasons for their rejection.)

If your membership is approved, you will be sent an invoice for the registration fee, membership deposit, and first year's annual fee.

Please make payment to the designated financial institution by the due date specified by the hotel, and you will acquire membership status once the hotel has confirmed the payment.
