These detailed rules shall be incorporated into the Club Rules (hereinafter referred to as "Club Rules") established by NAGOYA TOKYU HOTEL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hotel"), which are incorporated into the TOKYU HOTEL Fitness Club Membership Contract.

Article 1 Eligible Customers

This is a members-only fitness club. Use of the club is limited to members and their companions, fitness voucher holders, hotel guests, and other people specifically approved by the club.

Article 2: Fitness Club Membership

Membership
The person who signs the name for an individual or corporate membership must be 20 years of age or older. A family member must be the spouse or a direct relative within the first degree of kinship of the individual member, and must be 18 years of age or older.

About the registration fee and membership deposit
The membership fee stipulated in Article 8 of the Association Rules and the membership qualification deposit stipulated in Article 10 of the Association Rules shall be as follows:

Membership deposits are tax-exempt.

The membership deposit is interest-free and will remain in place for five years.

Annual fee
The annual membership fees as per Article 9 of the Association Rules are as follows:
Each member will be charged 300,000 yen (330,000 yen)

The annual membership fee is due from April 1st to the end of March of the following year. If you join in the middle of a fiscal year, the annual membership fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis from the month of joining.

Annual membership fees must be paid in advance by the end of March each year for the following year.

Payment of annual membership fees as stipulated in Article 9 of the Membership Rules shall be made by the method specified by our company.

Article 3 Facility Usage Fees

Article 19 of the Association Rules states that the facility usage fees are as follows:
Members can use the facilities free of charge.
Separate fees will be set for food and drink, massage, dry cleaning, rental fees for training wear etc., special instruction fees etc. at the Members Salon and these will be charged each time you use the service.
Regarding visitor use as stipulated in Article 20 of the rules, the following applies:

The usage fee is 3,000 yen (3,300 yen) per person per time.

Depending on the status of the hotel facilities, we may refuse your use or limit the hours of use.

There is no charge for those reserving the Executive Floor.

Article 4: Health Management of Members

Article 7 of the Association's Bylaws states that all members are required to undergo a health check upon joining and to register any pre-existing medical conditions, emergency contact information, etc.

Article 5. Various change fees

The fees for various changes, including changes to membership status as stipulated in Article 15 of the Association Rules, are as follows:

For any name change in membership as provided for in Article 15 of the Membership Rules, a "Name Change Notification" must be completed with the necessary details, signed and sealed, and submitted for approval by the hotel.

Article 6 Membership Deposit Refund Rate and Procedures

The refund rate of the membership deposit stipulated in Article 10 of the Association Rules shall be as follows:
In either case, you must fill in the "Membership Deposit Refund Application Form", affix your signature and seal to it, and submit it along with the documents specified below to obtain the hotel's approval.

Death: 100% of the membership compensation amount
A copy of the deregistration certificate and a document certifying that you are the legitimate recipient

Inability to continue due to injury, illness, etc.: 100% of membership compensation
Documents that can prove the fact of injury or illness

Dissolution of a corporation: 100% of membership compensation
A certificate of all registered matters of the corporation in question for which the dissolution registration has been made, and a document certifying that the person is a legitimate recipient

Inability to continue due to permanent residence overseas, etc.: 100% of membership qualification compensation
Documents that prove permanent residence overseas, etc.

Expulsion: 70% of the membership compensation

Article 7 Refund of annual membership fee due to loss of membership

The refund of annual membership fees due to loss of membership under Article 12 of the Association Rules is as follows:
The annual membership fee, paid in advance, will be refunded on a pro rata basis for any unused period.

Article 8: Requirements for Facility Use

In accordance with Article 4 of the Club Rules, in order to ensure that members can enjoy a comfortable and healthy life at the facility, the following items must be observed when using the facility.

Use is limited to members and their accompanying persons, hotel guests, and those specifically approved by the hotel.

Club users are responsible for managing their own belongings, items under their control, and items in their possession. In particular, cash and valuables must be deposited at the front desk or in the safety deposit box at the Club.
If you do not check in your luggage, the hotel will not bear any responsibility for theft, loss, or damage.

The Club will not be held responsible for any injuries or other accidents that occur whilst using the Club, except in cases where the Club is clearly responsible, such as for gross negligence.

Please refrain from talking on mobile phones within the club, except in designated areas.

Regarding use of the gym area

Please wear training wear and indoor training shoes when using the facility.

If you feel unwell or experience pain during training, please stop training immediately and inform your instructor.

When using training equipment, be sure to follow the instructor's instructions.

Please refrain from using strong fragrances.

To ensure a comfortable stay in the gym, please be considerate and considerate of others.

Use of the Pool Area

Please wear a swimsuit and swimming cap when using the pool.

To preserve the water quality, please be sure to shower before using the pool.

Please remove any makeup, hair products, sunscreen, and oils before using the bath.

Please do not wear jewelry such as earrings or piercings.

If you are not feeling well, please refrain from swimming.

If you feel unwell while swimming, please stop swimming immediately and inform your instructor.

Please do not dive from the poolside as it is dangerous.

Please refrain from wearing snorkels, flippers, etc. when it is crowded as it may be dangerous if you come into contact with them. Also, please inform a staff member before using them so that we can check the safety of the materials, etc.

Please refrain from using beach balls, swim rings, etc.

Please refrain from bringing glass products, items that may contaminate the pool, or animals.

To ensure a comfortable stay in the pool, please be considerate of others.

Regarding use of the bath and sauna

Please wash your body thoroughly before using the bathtub.

Please refrain from using towels, soap, or washing your hair in the bathtub.

Please refrain from pouring water on the sauna stove as this is dangerous.

Please refrain from bringing anything other than towels (newspapers, magazines, food, drinks, etc.) into the sauna room.

Please refrain from drying swimsuits or wringing out wet towels in the sauna room.

After using the sauna, please do not enter the cold bath directly. Instead, please take a shower to wash off your sweat before entering the cold bath.

Please refrain from dyeing your hair or brushing your teeth in the bathroom.

Please refrain from wearing swimwear in the bathroom or sauna.

Please refrain from bringing mobile phones into the bathroom.

To ensure a comfortable use of the bathroom, please be considerate and considerate of others when using the bathroom.

About using the Members Salon

Changing Rooms and Lockers

The members' lockers are for members only, and visitors should use the visitor's lockers.

To ensure a comfortable stay in the changing rooms and locker areas, please be considerate and considerate of others.

If rental items such as locker keys are lost or damaged, you will be required to pay an additional fee.

Article 9 Prohibitions on Facility Use

Article 19 of the club rules stipulates that in order to ensure the safe and secure running of the club, there are some items that are prohibited within the club and hotel.
If any of the following items apply to you, you may be subject to expulsion under Article 1 of the Society's Bylaws.
If any of the following actions are observed even while using the Club, you may be asked to immediately discontinue use of the Club.

We will not allow people who are unhygienic, have tattoos, or are involved with anti-social organizations to use the facility.

Please refrain from using the facility while under the influence of alcohol as it is extremely dangerous.

We will not allow people with illnesses currently being treated, people with injuries on any part of their body, or people with obvious health problems to use the facility.

4

If you slander or libel the club staff or hotel staff to a third party, including members.

5

Please refrain from conducting any profit-making activities within the club or hotel.

6

Acts of soliciting facility users or staff to engage in political activities, signature campaigns, gambling, etc.

7

Conduct that is extremely obscene, violent, or otherwise offensive to facility users or staff, or that disrupts order.

8

Acts of violence against facility users or staff, threatening remarks or behavior, intimidating acts, acts that cause fear, and other nuisance behavior.

9

Damaging any of the Club's facilities, equipment or fixtures, or removing any of the provided fixtures or fixtures.

10

Displaying items within the club that damage the appearance of the club.

11

Bringing in large amounts of money or valuables.

The act of providing instructional services within this Club, whether for a fee or free of charge.

Photography (using video cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, etc.) is prohibited within the club.

Use of the Club limited to parking only is not permitted.

Please refrain from smoking within the club.

Any conduct that the Club deems inappropriate for a Member.

Contacting, ambushing, following, or speaking to facility users or staff in a manner that is unreasonable, whether through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, or other means, without a legitimate reason.

Any other acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.

Article 10 Compliance with the Rules

All members and visitors of this club are obligated to abide by the rules and regulations, as well as the administrative and management rules established by this club.

Article 11 Supplementary Provisions

Annual membership fees, facility usage fees, name change fees, etc. may be subject to change due to changes in economic conditions.

Article 12 Amendments

Any amendments or changes to the Club Rules, Bylaws and any other matters determined by the Hotel as set forth in Article 5, Paragraph 4 of these Rules shall be made by the Hotel and shall be effective for all Members.
Members shall not raise any objections, assert any rights or make any other claims regarding amendments or changes to these Membership Rules, Bylaws and any matters stipulated by the Hotel.
Furthermore, you understand that in order to maintain order in the facility and to take into consideration individual circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate the requests of individual members.
