These detailed rules shall be incorporated into the Club Rules (hereinafter referred to as "Club Rules") established by NAGOYA TOKYU HOTEL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hotel"), which are incorporated into the TOKYU HOTEL Fitness Club Membership Contract.
Article 1 Eligible Customers
This is a members-only fitness club. Use of the club is limited to members and their companions, fitness voucher holders, hotel guests, and other people specifically approved by the club.

Article 3 Facility Usage Fees
Article 19 of the Association Rules states that the facility usage fees are as follows:
Members can use the facilities free of charge.
Separate fees will be set for food and drink, massage, dry cleaning, rental fees for training wear etc., special instruction fees etc. at the Members Salon and these will be charged each time you use the service.

Article 6 Membership Deposit Refund Rate and Procedures
The refund rate of the membership deposit stipulated in Article 10 of the Association Rules shall be as follows:

Article 8: Requirements for Facility Use
In accordance with Article 4 of the Club Rules, in order to ensure that members can enjoy a comfortable and healthy life at the facility, the following items must be observed when using the facility.

Article 10 Compliance with the Rules
All members and visitors of this club are obligated to abide by the rules and regulations, as well as the administrative and management rules established by this club.
Article 11 Supplementary Provisions
Annual membership fees, facility usage fees, name change fees, etc. may be subject to change due to changes in economic conditions.
Article 12 Amendments
Any amendments or changes to the Club Rules, Bylaws and any other matters determined by the Hotel as set forth in Article 5, Paragraph 4 of these Rules shall be made by the Hotel and shall be effective for all Members.
Members shall not raise any objections, assert any rights or make any other claims regarding amendments or changes to these Membership Rules, Bylaws and any matters stipulated by the Hotel.
Furthermore, you understand that in order to maintain order in the facility and to take into consideration individual circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate the requests of individual members.
