Global IP addresses can be used
Please use it for VPN connections, video conferencing, setting up local servers, etc.
Typically, a private IP address is assigned automatically.
Customers will be required to provide routers, cameras, servers, etc. necessary for connection.
There is a limit to the number of global IP addresses that can be rented out. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use them.
Support for peace of mind in the unlikely event of an emergency
We provide Internet connection support in Japanese and English 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Connection support is only available when your computer is directly connected to the hotel's facilities via LAN cable.
If you require support for your own communications equipment, servers, etc., please consult us in advance.
Please note that we cannot provide support for bringing in equipment just before or on the day of the event.
Mobile communication environment
Mobile phones and PHS can be used throughout the banquet hall, including the basement.
Wireless Internet
Wireless internet is available in the banquet halls on B2, B1 and the 39th floor.
