Seats are available in a step-free area on the second floor so that wheelchair users can access the auditorium.
Our staff will assist you with the steps in front of the entrance and the four steps leading up from the front desk to the second floor. Please let us know when you make your reservation.

Assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs) are accepted throughout the building.

A ramp will be provided at the main entrance.

There are no steps at the 2nd floor entrance.
Our staff will be happy to assist you when opening and closing the entrance, so please feel free to ask. -
Wheelchair accessible parking is available on B3F (2 spaces).

Universal toilets (multipurpose restrooms) are located on B2F, B1F, LBF and 39F.
When using the restaurant on the 2nd floor, please use the restrooms on the LBF. -
Some of the guest and parking elevators have call buttons located at a low position.
