Born in 1964 in Kanagawa Prefecture
April 1988: Joined TOKYU HOTEL Chain Co., Ltd. After being assigned to Yokohama TOKYU HOTEL, gained experience in bell service and room sales.
June 1991: Transferred to the General Affairs Department of TOKYU HOTEL Chain Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the Head Office). From then until 2006, for about 15 years, he gained experience and practice in corporate organization, mainly in the General Affairs Department.
February 2000: General Affairs Manager
His promotion to section manager at the age of 35 was an unusual promotion for the company.
October 2006: Became manager of the Hotel Fund Project Team at the same company.
Since then, for approximately 16 years, he has played a central role in new store development and management strategy projects.
