cancellation policy
・If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by 18:00 on the previous day during business hours.
・If you cancel on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
Cancellation on the day or change of date and time: 30% of the fee
In case of cancellation without notice: 50% of the fee
If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time or if you do not contact us, we will assume that your reservation has been cancelled without notice.
