We would like to introduce the works that we have offered at Bellovist so far.


~Original Spring Cocktails~

The "Spring Original Cocktail" was introduced in the spring of 2013. It is a long-selling cocktail that has been improved year after year and has been well-received every year. With three types of cocktails with gorgeous appearances and refreshing flavors, you can enjoy the arrival of spring in your glass.

~Halloween cocktail~

This Halloween cocktail expresses the fun of Halloween and the joy of the season of abundance in a glass, allowing you to enjoy the original flavor, aroma, and texture of the ingredients. It is a recommended drink for spending "adult Halloween" while gazing at the autumn night sky.

~Japanese Cocktails~

We have created two Japanese cocktails based on "TUMUGI", a spirit made from koji. TUMUGINIST is a smooth drink made with sweet sake and yuzu. Citrus Note Spinner is a refreshing highball-style drink that combines the aroma of oak barrels with homemade kumquat syrup. This is a cocktail that you can enjoy a relaxing moment with a Japanese taste.

~Shibuya Cocktail “DECADES”~

Since opening in 2001, the bar has been walking together with Shibuya into the 21st century, and as its signature cocktails, a new series of three cocktails inspired by Shibuya, "Shibuya Cocktail "DECADES", has been born. Just as cocktails are made from a variety of ingredients, Shibuya is a place where diverse people interact and constantly create new things and experiences, leading the times. These cocktails express in the glass the characteristics of the Shibuya area, including the scramble crossing, which has become world-famous as a photo spot, and where fashionable and creative people gather.

~Hendrick's Gin~

We served two original cocktails based on premium gin, which contains 11 botanicals including essences of rose petals and cucumber. These cocktails have a refreshing taste.

~Miyakojima Fruit Cocktail~

This cocktail is a fizz-style cocktail made by infusing rum with "atemoya," a new fruit that is still rare in Japan and has the aroma of various fruits such as lychee and pear, and combining it with shekwasha juice. You can enjoy the tropical flavor of the melting sweetness unique to atemoya and the refreshing acidity of shekwasha.

~Winter Cocktail Promotion~

We have prepared three original cocktails with a Japanese theme: a cocktail with a light lingering aftertaste of Chita whiskey, yuzu and herbs, a short cocktail with the flavor and bitterness of green tea added to sake, and a hot cocktail with domestic whiskey and the aroma of roasted green tea.

~Japanese~Nagomi~Cocktail~

These cocktails are made with Japanese pear and Kyoho grapes and are based on Japanese gin. You can enjoy the coming of autumn with all your senses, with their colors, aromas and flavors.

~Tropical Cooler~

The theme of this cocktail, "Tropical Cooler," is "Tropical Resort." Passion fruit is infused in the ultra-premium vodka "Absolut Elyx," named for its "ultimate luxury," and it is mixed with mango, pineapple, orange, elderflower liqueur, crushed ice, and other ingredients in a blender. This cocktail allows you to enjoy the rich sweetness of mango and the freshness of pineapple and orange.

~Fruit Martini Selection~

Fruit Martini is a cocktail made with fruit. The vodka used as the base is Grey Goose, a super premium vodka from France that was launched in 1997. It is known for its compatibility with a variety of ingredients, including fresh fruit, spices, and herbs. We have prepared four original cocktails that combine vodka flavors that go well with fruit, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural sweetness and aroma of the fruit.

~Mint Julep Selection~

The Mint Julep is a long cocktail based on bourbon whiskey, also known as the official drink of the Kentucky Derby horse race. The Kentucky Derby is a horse race equivalent to the Derby in the United States, and takes place annually on the first Saturday in May. The three cocktails, which use Woodford Reserve bourbon whiskey, which is characterized by its smooth taste, are refreshing and cool to look at and enjoy.

~Caipirinha Variations~

"Caipirinha" is a traditional Brazilian cocktail made simply with lime and mint. At Bellovist, we offered three original cocktails, including one decorated with vibrant flowers, reminiscent of Rio's Carnival, and one made with mango and passion fruit, reminiscent of the tropics.

~Fragrant Mojito Selection~

The "Mojito," one of the most popular cocktails at "Bellovisto" throughout the year, was released as the "Fuukan Mojito Selection" in commemoration of the 15th anniversary of the bar's opening in May 2016. This highly fragrant mojito expresses the freshness of fresh greenery.

Reservations are accepted until 7:00 p.m. Please note that we do not accept reservations for seats only on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Reservations for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are accepted only when using the Afternoon Tea and Excellent Plan.

After 18:00, customers under the age of 20 are not allowed to enter the store. Even if accompanied by a parent or guardian, they are not allowed to enter the store.

After 19:00, a table charge of 2,000 yen per person will be charged to customers using the restaurant. *Counter seats are excluded.

By law, we will not serve alcohol to anyone driving or under the age of 20.

The displayed price includes a 15% service charge and 10% consumption tax.

If you have a food allergy, please inform the hotel staff when making your reservation or when you visit the restaurant.
