“GASTRONOMIE” vol.3
A one-night-only special dinner will be held on Thursday, July 4th, 2024 at the 2nd floor Chamonix, French cuisine
Since taking up his position, Nagatsuma has been exploring ingredients from Hakuba, Shinshu, and actively incorporating them into his own cooking.
This time, with an early summer theme, we will be offering carefully selected ingredients in an innovative presentation.
The souvenir (meaning "memorable" in French) dishes are presented with Nagatsuma's delicate and passionate sensibility.
Enjoy the music with all your senses along with live piano music.
