This lunch course includes eel and Noto pork dishes, as well as Star Hill 's popular standard dish, shark fin rice cooked in a clay pot.
Enjoy eel, which is perfect for cooling off in the heat, and Noto pork, which is raised in the fresh air and water of Noto and is characterized by its chewy meat and subtle sweetness that spreads slowly inside your mouth.
