He received Bible education from Sunday school from an early age, and first came to Japan in 1982. After returning to Japan briefly, he returned to Japan in 1984 to spread Christian missionary work. After graduating from Tokyo Mission Institute, he was ordained as a pastor. Since then, he has served as an associate pastor of Sharon Gospel Church, focusing mainly on youth evangelism.
