Reservations/Inquiries

Reservations can be made online from 11am on Tuesday, October 1st.

*"Petit Rennes" is an online reservation only product.

Important points to note when making reservations for the "Petit Rennes" (limited to 15 units)

  • In order to simplify the reservation process, the Petit Rennes online reservation page has temporarily set the date and time of your visit as "December 20th / 11:00am / 1 person."

  • The actual pick-up date and time will be confirmed by email to the 15 customers whose purchase has been confirmed, so please do not make any changes on the reservation screen and just press the Confirm button.

*Christmas products other than "Petit Rennes" can also be reserved by phone.

Changes and Cancellations

・If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us by phone.
- If you cancel after this period, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the order amount.
・Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the due date, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

[Limited to 15 units] Petit Rennes

Our reindeer themed cakes have been so popular that they will be available again this year.
Opening the lid of the chocolate box reveals a smooth chocolate mousse cake. Refreshing lime parfait and raspberries are enclosed in a rich mousse made with high-quality couverture chocolate. There is also a present from Santa Claus underneath the cake... The surprise is in opening the lid. This unique cake is playful and dreamy, with a reindeer motif running through the starry sky.

Delices de Noel

This cake is gorgeous to look at, topped with fresh fruits such as Japanese strawberries, raspberries, mangoes, blueberries, and kiwis. The base is a smooth bavarois made with vanilla beans from Madagascar and a fragrant biscuit. It is made simple so that the deliciousness of the fresh fruits can stand out. It is also recommended to enjoy it with chilled champagne on a holy night.


Gateau de Noel

A standard Christmas cake made with plenty of strawberries and high-quality fresh cream. The cream is made with 47% milk fat, giving it a rich yet light texture, and the sponge cake is made with carefully selected weak flour that melts easily in the mouth and has a fine texture, carefully crafted to bring out the refined sweetness and gorgeous aroma of the strawberries. Enjoy the quality that only a hotel can offer, which shines through in this classic yet simple cake.


Buche de Noel

A smooth chocolate mousse with just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness is combined with sweet and sour blackberry jam and ganache. The chocolate butter cream covering the outside is sweetened to create a well-balanced flavor that you will never tire of. The base is decorated with fragrant feuillantine (thinly baked and finely crushed crepe dough) so that you can enjoy the unexpected texture of the mousse.


Stollen

Stollen is a traditional German pastry that is sliced thinly and enjoyed four weeks in advance as people look forward to Christmas. The dried fruits inside include homemade orange peel and raisins that are prepared after Christmas every year for the following year. There are many ways to enjoy it, such as slicing it thinly and eating it as is, or pairing it with tea or liquor. Enjoy the flavor and texture that changes little by little as time passes.
