Head of the Minamoto Kitchoan

Based on the concept of "preserving the bounty of nature as it is," we deliver seasonal Japanese sweets that make use of the appearance, shape, and flavor of fruit. In the past, "confectionery" meant "fruit," which referred to fruits and nuts. We are committed to the fruits that are the origin of confectionery, and also to the ingredients used in Japanese sweets. All of the ingredients and the bean paste, which is the key to Japanese sweets, are made in our own factory in Okayama. We carefully create each Japanese sweet according to its characteristics, such as texture and sweetness. We also have about 35 stores in eight countries and regions around the world, and deliver traditional Japanese sweets to people all over the world.

Cellin Lounge (LBF)

This lounge is exclusively for guests staying on the Executive Floor and Cerulean Floor. The Japanese-style setting includes tatami mats, a raised platform and a teahouse-style bench. The wall decorations feature Japanese items such as hand towels and paper cuttings, and a flower and tree display with a bonsai motif. The spatial design expresses Japanese traditions and the Japanese calendar, creating an extraordinary atmosphere. You can enjoy a variety of self-service drinks, including coffee, Japanese tea, and soft drinks, as well as seasonal Japanese sweets such as rice crackers. Enjoy a special time where cross-cultural experiences and relaxation intersect in the lounge, where you can leisurely experience "SHIBUYA LUXURY", the changing of the seasons, the preciousness of everyday life that passes without a second thought, and the richness of the soul that spins time.
