Gourmet Kagoshima A la carte menu [Dinner]

Kagoshima black beef sukiyaki with black vinegar
2,500 yen

We want you to enjoy the taste of Kagoshima Kurogyu beef in chunks, so we stewed it in red sake until it was plump and tender. You can enjoy the change in flavor by topping it with grated daikon radish mixed with egg yolk for a mellow taste, or pouring on Kagoshima's specialty pot-made black vinegar for a refreshing taste.

Deep-fried bamboo shoots and new potatoes
1,800 yen

Enjoy tempura of bamboo shoots and snap peas, deep-fried new potatoes, and grated daikon radish mixed with bonito stock and leaf buds. Kagoshima grown vegetables herald the early arrival of spring.

The dinner course also features dishes made with ingredients from Kagoshima.
