I was able to gain a wide range of experiences through cross-training after joining the company, which I believe was a valuable learning experience for me. I believe that experiencing a variety of work sites firsthand will give me new perspectives and new realizations, which will lead to the creation of diverse ideas and the improvement of my skills.
