During the competition, I was able to compete with confidence thanks to the support and advice I received from my senior colleagues, including Head Chef Tsuruta, and for that I am deeply grateful.
Upon receiving the grand prize, not only my workplace but everyone in the hotel celebrated with me like a family member, and I once again felt a sense of relief and joy at having lived up to their expectations.

I think about how we can make our customers happier together with my senior colleagues who have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and put it into practice, gaining new realizations and learning new things every day.
Every time I hear words like "Thank you" or "Thank you for the meal, it was delicious," it makes me want to grow more and improve my skills at this workplace.
