①Green Coin

If you do not use all of the amenities (toothbrush, razor, shower cap, comb, cotton swabs, cotton set), please bring the "Green Coin" located in your room to the front desk.
Your donation will be used to support the international cooperation NGO OISCA's "Children's Forest" overseas and "Forest Creation" projects in Japan.
②Green Card
Linen not changed/Other cleaning provided
When you go out, please place the green card in your guest room on the door handle.
Linens (bed sheets, covers, towels, bath mats, bathrobes) will not be replaced, but other areas will be cleaned.
The cost of replacing linen will be donated to an environmental conservation organization.
3) Alps Eco
Amenities: Not used / Linens: Not changed / Other cleaning: Not available
There will be no cleaning at all, and no change of amenities or linens.
During your stay, please apply for Alps Eco at the front desk (no. 6) by 9am.
If you request it, the hotel will provide you with apple juice as a thank you for your support in protecting the global environment.
During your stay, your room will be cleaned from 10:00 to 14:00.
*If you do not wish for cleaning to be done in the morning, please hang the "Don't Disturb" card on the door handle.
