"Ken" - Totonoe -: Medium to strong pressure reaches deep into the body.

"Comfortable": A back shiatsu massage is followed by an aroma treatment.

Aromatherapist Ogura

Background and qualifications

Born in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture.
After working as an English teacher and at a manufacturer, she went to study in Australia, where she discovered aromatherapy and took the IFA (International Federation of Aromatherapists) curriculum at Neal's Yard Remedies.

Through her PR work for radiation therapy at a medical services company, she met oncologists (cancer specialists) and cancer patients and came to see the potential of aromatherapy in stress management at the pre-illness stage and in improving quality of life at the prognosis stage.
After that, she fell seriously ill, but was determined to dedicate the rest of her life to practicing aromatherapy.
After working in a resort hotel in Karuizawa and a hotel salon in Hyogo, she was blessed with a connection with HAKUBA TOKYU HOTEL, where she provides aromatherapy treatments to guests from all over the world.

If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 2 hours before your reservation time.
Please note that if your reservation time has passed significantly, we may have to change the details of your reservation or cancel it.
Please note that a consultation is required prior to all treatments, which will take approximately 15 minutes in addition to your treatment time.
Please refrain from visiting our store after drinking alcohol. Drinking alcohol can increase blood circulation and make you feel unwell.

We can also accept pregnant women who have not yet reached the stable period and those who are menstruating. Please contact us for details.
You may come wearing a yukata and slippers. We recommend wearing a yukata, as oil may cause yellowing of clothing. If you are wearing a yukata, please use the elevator reserved for the large bath.
Please remove all jewelry. If you wear contact lenses, please remove them beforehand or bring a special case.
