【Table Manners Plan】Now Available

Would you like to relieve that slight nervousness you feel at a restaurant?

This plan takes about two hours and allows you to practice proper table manners at a restaurant while also enjoying a meal.

The instructor is Chamonix, French cuisine in HAKUBA TOKYU HOTEL and is a certified first-class restaurant service technician and Western cuisine table manners instructor. Enjoy a full French course meal while listening to Yokoyama's lecture on table manners, which are characterized by elegant service that perfectly matches the atmosphere of Chamonix, French cuisine.

The chef is Nobuhito Nagatsuma, who arrived in Hakuba in April 2023 and has since captivated guests with his dishes, which incorporate local ingredients and are expressed with a delicate and passionate sensibility, at two dinner events. As an option, we also offer pairing wines selected by sommelier Hiroyuki Otomo (1,800 yen/2 glasses) and pairing sakes selected by sake sommelier Keiko Takachio (1,800 yen/2 glasses).

Table manners are important to learn as an adult's etiquette so that you can enjoy your meal without rushing, even at important events. This plan allows you to learn table manners in practice while enjoying a French course meal. We recommend this as an opportunity to review table manners not only for young people but also for experienced working adults.
