This is to inform you about construction work being carried out on the Wakanoura Promenade, which the hotel also offers as a walking course.
Due to construction work to prevent rockfall, the road will be closed as follows:
This is a scenic promenade that connects the bottom of the hill from the hotel to Shimoda Aquarium, but for safety reasons, we ask that you take a detour until March 10th.

Period: Tuesday, September 17, 2024 to Monday, March 10, 2025

Due to construction work underway at one point along the trail, it is currently not possible to pass through.
This is a promenade that leads to Shimoda Aquarium on foot, but during this period please use the public road (car road).
