There are three flavors: plain, chocolate, and sesame. The sugar used is beet sugar from Hokkaido. The rice flour flavor is mild, but the three flavors are distinct, and the texture is also carefully chosen.
The cookies are packaged by flavor and presented in original design tins, making them perfect for gifts or souvenirs.

Head Chef SHIMODA TOKYU HOTEL
Naohito Nakamura
Born Tokushima in 1964.
He joined Kyoto Tokyu Inn in 1983. After working as the food and beverage manager IZU-IMAIHAMA TOKYU HOTEL in 1988, he joined THE CAPITOL HOTEL TOKYU All Day Dining Origami as a chef in 2014. After training under master chef Guy Martin at the prestigious Parisian restaurant "Le Grand Vefour", he worked on a food fair in collaboration with Martin.
He will be appointed head chef of SHIMODA TOKYU HOTEL in October 2022. He is exploring bistronomy (bistro + gastronomy, approachable fine cuisine) in Izu, which he considers his second home.
