An innovative Japanese-Western style restaurant where you can enjoy the seasonal flavors of Izu.
My favourite sea, Ma Cher Mer, is rich in seafood.

Dinner Menu

Bansyo (guard station)

The theme is "A food tour of the Izu Peninsula."
Ise lobster from Izu, red snapper caught at Shimoda Port, local vegetables, etc.
With an emphasis on local production and consumption, ingredients from all over Izu are used throughout the restaurant.

Bistronomy (bistro + gastronomy, friendly gourmet food)
The restaurant will be supervised by Chef Nakamura Naoto, who is exploring the world of cuisine.

A gentle taste that will soothe your mind and body.
This is a Japanese-Western fusion course combining French and Japanese cuisine.
