"14 Chefs Enchanted by the Land of Izu"
Thank you for visiting and voting!
The lunch buffet "14 Chefs Enchanted by the Izu Land" was held for three days from October 25th, and the "Yunohana Marche" was held at the same time, attracting many guests and resulting in a great success.
Thank you everyone.
For the lunch buffet, we held a general election for the creative dishes of the 14 chefs.
We are now pleased to announce the chef who was awarded first place.
Day 1 1st place
Crispy pumpkin chips
Wasabi cream dip
Chef Hiroki Nozawa
He took first place, far ahead of his senior chefs. He is a promising newcomer who joined the company in April. Some people commented that they ate several plates by themselves, and the wasabi cream dip was very well received, with many saying it was surprisingly delicious.
Day 2 1st place
Onion blancmange
With mousse packed with autumn flavors
Chef Sana Tsuchiya
"It was so delicious," was the comment that was particularly strong among female customers. The elaborately crafted, three-tiered mousse was as beautiful as a dessert.
Day 3 1st place
Roast beef made from Japanese black beef
Ravigote sauce made with Yunohana vegetables
Chef Head Chef Naoto Nakamura
The lunch buffet's signature dish is the stable roast beef. Even regular customers were reminded of its deliciousness with the ravigote sauce made with Yunohana vegetables.
The chef's roast beef was ranked first overall over the three days.
The Yunohana Marche was a huge success! We thank you for visiting.
